In the 1960s, Osho developed and published a new understanding of Tantra which he called NeoTantric. This new vision quickly spread around the world and also arrived in Brazil, providing the basis for the consolidation of various NeoTantra groups throughout the national territory. Osho disincarnated in 1990 and his magnificent work remains widespread in several current schools.
In developing NeoTantra Osho based himself on the ancient book “Vigyan Bhairav Tantra”, which means “The Method or technique for experiencing the transcendental state of consciousness”. The Book of Secrets presents 112 different meditation techniques and explained dynamics, especially aimed at Western man, devoid of dogmas, ritualisms or magical and esoteric intentions. His approach is practical, in a therapeutic guise.
NeoTantric is currently the most widespread approach because it has adapted very well to the conditions and needs of modern man, who seeks a fast and efficient way for his personal development. NeoTantric helps people to resolve their traumas, neuroses, compulsions and other negative influences that interfere and affect human behavior.
With the updated social meditations, the person finds a solid balance point and the conditions to overcome their conflicts, adjusting within a behavioral centering that the work provides.
It is important to point out that NeoTantric is not a religion, and can be understood as philosophy and behavioral science; it has teachings, practices and techniques that readjust the person in their physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels, in an integrated way.
A passionate sex life keeps us happy, healthy, creative, younger and more.
Sensitive Massage, the body's electricity is awakened. It turns out that the orgasm is not limited to the genitals, but that the whole body is orgasmic and allows an enormous quality of pleasure. There is a major break in the paradigm that orgasm is limited to the genital region and sex. It works with the whole body in dorsal, ventral and lateral decubitus and also with the stimulation of an energy center located in the perineum (1st Chakra – Muladhara). The result is the discovery that your whole body is pleasurable and can vibrate intensely with pleasure. With the substantial increase in the hormone levels of Endorphin, Serotonin and Oxytocin, the person feels invigorated, satiated and satisfied, bringing with it a feeling of fullness and joy.
Tantra originated thousands of years ago in India. Its meaning incorporates the weaving and expansion of intense sexual energy. While reaching orgasm is a part of tantra, its not its sole purpose. Tantra is much more about creating a deeper connection and a path to enlightenment. Reaching a higher state of bliss through physical connection is the journey you take when practising tantra.
Tantric massage give stronger orgasms due to the moving flow of sexual energy throughout the body. In tantra, male and female energy unite to take you to the highest point of enlightenment.
Instead of overly focusing on the goal of orgasm, tantra helps you to ride the wave of arousal for hours of pleasure.
In Neo-Tantric ( created by Deva Nishok - Brazil) method, through specially elaborated maneuvers, little by little, the therapist will “wake up” bioelectric sensory aspects in the interacting body. These electrical impulses sensitize muscles and trigger an intense and pleasurable orgasmic reaction, of neuro-muscular origin. These discharges produce the orgasmic sensation, what we call “Dry Orgasms” (without ejaculation) and “Perennial Orgasms” (without decline after climax), both in men and women.
The incredible electrical discharges take over the body throughout the massage, and trigger mechanisms that alter perception and produce an effect we call Supraconsciousness – an altered state of perception and consciousness, a deeply meditative state. The person accesses his divine aspect, his transcendence, the true joy that comes from his heart, from his soul.
Neo-Tantrc incorporates meditation techniques, including breathing.
Touch brings an incredible amount of pleasure. It starts with the stimuli used in sensitive massage and, once the electricity is now awake, it is conducted towards the genitals, in a potentiated way, where the energy is intensified with specific works focused on the Lingam (Penis) or Yoni (Clitoris and Vagina). There are no internal mobilizations in the vagina, only external ones. The penile mobilizations are smooth, with longitudinal extension. The result is the experience of indescribable, sensitive and intense vibrations and waves of pleasure.
Neo-Tantric is often used as a holistic therapy, with the spiritual connection leading to an explosive happy ending. Forming a spiritual connection with yourself.
As well as exploring your sexual side, you’ll learn to be more confident and self-assured in the bedroom. Reaching a higher sense of self via tantra helps you to learn new ways of satisfying yourself .

The Method presents the meditations he created: Kali Meditation, Vibrational Biodynamic Meditation (MVB), Kundalini Up and the “Cosmic Uterus” experiences.
It is important to emphasize that NeoTantra is not a religion, and can be understood more as Philosophy or Behavioral Science. It has teachings, practices and techniques that readjust the person in their physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels, in an integrated way.

“The effects of pleasure are absolutely positive. From a physical point of view, it stimulates blood circulation and increases energy. Among the emotional effects are increased self-esteem, self-confidence, and sharpness of mind. From a spiritual point of view, it provides a greater appreciation of your gifts and contributes to a clearer vision of life.”

The orgasm was studied by Hippocrates and Galen (400 BC) and also by Avicenna and Maimonides in the Middle Ages. It appears in the literature that they created therapeutic methods for the stimulation of genital tissues to trigger orgasm. The theme is not new and these practices became common, being used until the 1930s, approximately. At that time, doctors prescribed orgasm as a therapeutic resource to treat women with various illnesses, the most common being hysteria, (a convenient and comprehensive "diagnosis" given to women who could not "adjust" to the conventions determined by society ). Orgasm, or "medical massage," was regularly prescribed. Unfortunately, after Freud, medicine abolished the therapeutic resource of orgasm and started to use only psychotherapy.
Most people only know the genital orgasm (clitoral or penile), but it is important for everyone to know that the orgasm can acquire greater intensity and duration, and can be much longer than what is usually known, which lasts a few seconds. . I'm talking here about the full body orgasm, called Expanded Orgasm. An expanded orgasm is an orgasm that is more intense and more extensive than what is commonly described as an ordinary orgasm. This includes a spectrum of sensations that include full-body orgasms such as those described by Wilhelm Reich, orgasms that can last from a few minutes to several hours. The term was coined in 1995 by Patricia Taylor, who used it in her research on intense sexual experiences in 44 couples from different backgrounds and in a video she produced in 1998.
The defining characteristics of the expanded orgasm are the energetic sensations and contractions throughout the body, especially in the abdomen, internal muscles, hands and feet, and of course the genitals, as described by Reich in his 1942 book, The Function of Orgasm. Dr. Taylor describes reports of practitioners entering altered states of consciousness, which brought them profound emotional release and rejuvenation, profound spiritual experiences, an awareness not usually realized during ordinary orgasms, and the awareness of energy that expands far beyond the limits of the body itself. We can also find reports of similar experiences in studies carried out by Dr. Jenny Wade and David Deida. Dr. Taylor claims that men are just as likely as women to enter these states and have these same experiences. Additionally, both Brauer and Bodansky discuss the expanded male orgasm. Theories about the biological processes required to enter these states include progressive and balanced stimulation and elevation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems.
Orgasm can present very important characteristics for people's health if it is used freely and dissociated from the sensual and sexual approach. Through specific and therapeutic stimuli, multiple orgasms are produced, released over an hour and a half of therapeutic session, where the lymphatic structures of the thigh and abdomen are worked on, responsible for the supply of natural lubricants in the genital region, the neuro- functions of the clitoris, with extremely pleasurable stretching and stimulation, including toning of the clitoral muscles using a specific and very powerful bullet-vibrator, precise mobilizations in the Gräfenberg gland (G-spot) and intra-vaginal muscles, toning them and stimulating a great potential for emollience, and incredible variations of orgasms.
Orgasm is one of the best and most efficient regulatory treatments for hormonal disorders. It is a natural and free resource, available to men and women in any age group, from the maturity of their sexual centers.
According to a study published by the University of Michigan, orgasm increases estrogen levels and releases oxytocin, reducing cortisol, the main hormone of chronic high stress, a very common condition among women of all times, but especially today, in that the demand for responsibilities on women has grown considerably.
In addition to the reduction of cortisol levels in the blood, oxytocin levels increase by 5 times after a strong orgasmic experience. Higher levels of oxytocin make a person feel happy, while low levels of oxytocin are linked to depression and lower levels of thyroid hormone. Oxytocin also strengthens the affective bond between mother and baby and between partners.
In other words, orgasm helps the holy trinity – cortisol, estrogen, and thyroid – stay in balance.
And there's even more…
Orgasm reduces pain by half, without changing sensitivity.
Orgasm increases fertility by increasing negative pressure within the uterus – when oxytocin is released after orgasm, uterine contractions increase the suction of semen into the cervix. Oxytocin can increase bone density, preventing bone diseases like osteoporosis.
